All stones used are natural and undyed unless otherwise stated, so variations in appearance and color are normal. Copper and brass materials will patina and change colors naturally. Care instructions are included with every purchase.

Brass and copper react with skin oils and can temporarily turn skin green which is part of the natural oxidation process and is completely safe. The easiest and best way to remove any green from your skin is with your favorite makeup remover. You can also use nail polish remover on your skin, but that tends to be drying and harsh and I don’t recommend it unless the green discoloration is being stubborn.

Return Policy

All items are handmade to order and can take up to a week to create. Please keep this timeline in mind when placing your order. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me within 30 days of your purchase. All sales of custom orders are final after approval of the Proof. Customers who are returning items will be responsible for return shipping costs which will be taken out of their refund. Refunds will be issued as soon as the product is received back in the store.

Shipping

Shipping costs and times have both gone up at USPS due to COVID. Since I am at the mercy of USPS as an online store, I can no longer guarantee the time frames that they previously upheld. I recognize that this is not fair to my amazing customers and have made the decision not to raise my listed shipping costs from what they have always been and absorbed the cost without raising my product prices either.

Express flat rate shipping sent USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day arrives approximately within 1-4 business days, excluding holidays and inclement weather.
